Create-A-Card Founder & President Arthur Messina will be the featured guest speaker at the next meeting of the Maryland Limousine Association, scheduled for September 8 in Baltimore.
Messina will share his presentation, Marketing for Ground Transportation, with meeting attendees by offering some of the lessons and ideas he has learned from working with transportation companies throughout his career.
The presentation will cover several areas, including:
- Increasing Brand Awareness: Building a consistent and recognizable brand that keeps your company in front of customers and prospects.
- Marketing for Ground Transportation: Practical ways operators can promote their companies and stand out in a competitive market.
- Promotional Products: Using branded merchandise and giveaways to keep your company name in front of customers.
- Professional Presentation: Creating a consistent company image across printed materials, apparel, signage, displays, vehicles, promotional products, and other marketing materials.

The meeting will also include a recap of the MLA Summer Soirée and the association’s elections for its Executive Board, Board of Directors, and Affiliate Board of Directors.
The presentation comes during a milestone year for Create-A-Card, which is celebrating its 40th anniversary. Messina and wife Kathy founded the family-owned company in 1986 with a focus on exceptional service, lasting relationships, and helping businesses present themselves professionally.
Over the past four decades, Create-A-Card has grown alongside the chauffeured transportation industry, working with operators throughout the country on their marketing and branding needs.
“We’ve been fortunate to work with this industry for a very long time and have watched a lot change over the years,” says Messina. “But whether it was 1986 or 2026, you still have to give people a reason to remember your company. I’m looking forward to spending some time with the MLA members and sharing ideas they can actually put to use in their businesses.”
