The Chauffeured Transportation Association of New Jersey (CTANJ) celebrated a tremendously successful 2026 Annual Golf Outing on September 14 at Basking Ridge Country Club, bringing together members, industry partners, and friends for a great day of golf, networking, and camaraderie. CD President Chris Weiss was a participant in the event and served as a Bronze Sponsor.

This year’s outing marked significant growth for CTANJ. Golfer registrations increased an impressive 70% over the 2025 event, while funds raised for CTANJ increased by 50%. These results reflect the growing participation, enthusiasm, and support of CTANJ members and industry partners.

According to the association, a major part of that success was the hard work and dedication of the CTANJ Golf Committee. Special acknowledgement went to President Mike Rose of My Limousine Service and Vice President Joe Gulino of Gem Worldwide, who serve as co-chairs, along with committee members Billy Placier of Commonwealth Worldwide, Mike Marroccoli of EPIC Insurance, Phil Shetsen of Bona Vita Benefits, Mark Kenny of Dolphin Transportation Specialists, Treasurer Barry Trabb of Complete Fleet Livery Sales, CD President Chris Weiss, Jay Erlich of ELS Ground, and Eric Coolbaugh of Advantage Remarketing Solutions. CTANJ says that their commitment, outreach, and involvement were instrumental in growing this year’s outing and making the day such a success.

CTANJ extended a special thank you to our event volunteers—including Kenny, Marroccoli, and Danielle Donatiello of Paylocity—who generously gave their time and helped ensure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Their willingness to pitch in wherever needed was greatly appreciated by the association.

Also recognized by CTANJ was Executive Director Pattie Cowley, who joined the association earlier this year and worked closely with the Golf Committee to coordinate and grow the event. The combined efforts of the committee, volunteers, and CTANJ leadership helped make the 2026 outing one of the most successful to date.

In other CTANJ news, representatives of the association recently made their way to Make-A-Wish New Jersey headquarters in Monroe Township to present a check for $10,000. The donation comes from the money raised at the May auction dinner/fundraiser.
“We are extremely proud to present Make-A-Wish with this $10,000 check to help continue their mission of granting wishes to children in need. This is such an amazing cause, and we are happy to be able to continue supporting it. Special thanks to all the members of CTANJ and the attendees at our May dinner auction who made this donation possible,” said Rose.
