The Chauffeured Transportation Association of New Jersey (CTANJ) has appointed Patricia “Pattie” Cowley, a longtime transportation industry executive and association leader, as its new executive director.
New Executive Director Pattie Cowley
Cowley brings extensive leadership experience across the transportation, insurance, and association management sectors, with a career dedicated to supporting transportation businesses and industry organizations. She is widely recognized for her strategic leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to strengthen associations through member engagement, governance support, and long-term vision.
Prior to her starting her own association management firm, Cowley built a distinguished career in transportation insurance, specializing in transportation captives, captive board governance, and executive financial leadership, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for a transportation-focused insurance firm. This background gives her a unique understanding of the operational, risk management, and business sustainability challenges facing transportation companies today—perspective that will further support CTANJ’s mission and advocacy efforts.
CTANJ President Mike Rose
Her firm, PC Management Services, partners with nonprofit and trade associations to provide executive leadership, board and committee support, membership services, financial management, event management, marketing and communications, advocacy, and strategic planning. Her firm operates with a strong commitment to integrity, transparency, responsiveness, and partnership—values that closely align with CTANJ’s mission and culture.
Throughout her career, Cowley has become known within the transportation community for building strong industry relationships and helping associations align strategy with member value. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, practical solutions, and creating meaningful connections that strengthen both organizations and the industries they represent.
“I am honored to join CTANJ and work alongside such a dedicated and professional membership,” said Cowley. “The chauffeured transportation industry is an essential part of New Jersey’s transportation network and business community. I look forward to building on the strong foundation already in place and helping the association continue to grow and serve its members.”
CTANJ President Mike Rose of My Limousine Service welcomed the appointment and expressed confidence in the association’s future.
“Pattie brings exceptional association leadership experience and a deep understanding of the transportation industry,” said Rose. “Her ability to connect people, build momentum, and execute on strategic priorities will be a tremendous asset to CTANJ as we continue to advance the interests of our members across New Jersey.”
CTANJ represents professional chauffeured transportation operators and industry partners committed to safety, service excellence, and elevating industry standards throughout New Jersey.
The next CTANJ event is their annual dinner auction, to be held May 19 at Il Tulipano in Cedar Grove. Once again, a portion of the collected proceeds will go to Make-A-Wish of New Jersey, and donation items are currently being accepted.
