MLA Hosts Sold-Out Holiday Dinner Party

MLA
MLAL to R: MLA Treasurer Quentin Bassey of RSTQ Transportation, Director Alex Church of Acrisure, President Len Joseph of On The Town Limousines, Vice President Ray Gavino of Translogic Executive, Secretary General Japneet Suri of Executive CLS, Director Willie Cook of DTS Chauffeured Services, and Director Bryan Johnson of Hilb Group

On Tuesday, December 9, the Maryland Livery Association (MLA) held their annual Holiday Dinner Party at Jimmy’s Famous Seafood in Baltimore. More than 100 members and guests attended the event, which attracted attendees from up and down the Eastern Seaboard.

“This was a great, great night,” says MLA President Len Joseph of On The Town Limousines. “We were so pleased to have people come from as far away as the Carolinas and Atlanta.”

In addition to extensive amounts of networking, and the general sharing of good tidings, Joseph discussed some business during the party. First, he shared information about upcoming industry events, including next spring’s CD/NLA Show in Vegas on March 1-3. Then he detailed plans for the association to host educational events in conjunction with the Philadelphia Regional Livery Association and the Virginia Limousine Association.

“I’m currently spearheading a tri-state meeting with those other associations that is going to bring someone in from the DOT as well as a representative from the insurance side of things,” says Joseph. “It’ll be an ideal event for operators who can’t make it to Vegas.”

Joseph says that more than a dozen vendor sponsors generously lent their time and support to the event, including Big Gift Sponsor The Hilb Group; Silver Sleigh Sponsors Atlantic Transportation Services and Brogan Cadillac; and Frosty Friend Sponsors Growth & Success Institute, Jimmy’s Famous Seafood, and Maryland Auto & Truck Repair. Chauffeur Driven was among several Holly Jolly Sponsors and joined the NLA in donating a pass to the Vegas Show. After some fierce bidding, the pass was auctioned to winner (and MLA Director) Bryan Johnson of The Hilb Group.

“It warmed my heart to see so many people from our industry get together to celebrate a fantastic 2025,” says Joseph.
