DC Show Summer is here, and while most folks are busy planning their weekend excursions and family barbecues, the Chauffeur Driven team is busy looking toward the fall—specifically our 2018 Chauffeur Driven Show. We’re thrilled to return to the Northeast from October 7-10 for our stay at the spectacular Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, located at the National Harbor on the banks of the majestic Potomac River. Not only is National Harbor one of the area’s most popular and scenic destinations—with an 18-story Ferris wheel alongside the water—but it’s just a short trip from the nation’s capital, making travel a snap, whether you come by plane, train, or car.

As always, you’ll enjoy days of networking opportunities with operators from all around the globe, world-class educational programs and seminars, and a jam-packed show floor, which will happen all under one roof. This means that everything from the guest rooms to the keynote to our legendary nightlife will be in one convenient location!

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes with our committees to put together the best, most timely show possible, and we’re thrilled to give you a taste of what we have in store for you this October. Be sure to watch for updates throughout the summer because this is just a snapshot of what we have to offer. Many thanks to our Title Sponsors Ford-Lincoln Limousine and Livery Vehicles and Grech Motors for their continued generous support of the CD Show.

The Association Summit was a great opportunity to collaborate with fellow association presidents. It is one of the few times at the show where we can all get together and share best practices. This was time well spent.” – Maurice Brewster of Mosaic Global Transportation

DC Show Is industry unity and taking a more active role in your community on your agenda this year? Then you’ll need to make a point of joining our Association Summit on Sunday at 2 p.m., sponsored by MCI. Last year, we revamped the format of this event into a round-table format with more than two dozen association leaders from all over the country. Together, they shared how they’re tackling the most important fights of our lifetime, detailed recent victories and new industry trends, and shared useful information like how they had success increasing membership. The summit was a hit and garnered acclaim from its attendees for its more effective and efficient format.

“The Association Summit was a great opportunity to collaborate with fellow association presidents. It is one of the few times at the show where we can all get together and share best practices. This was time well spent,” says Minority Limousine Operators of America President Maurice Brewster of Mosaic Global Transportation.

DC Show “The Association Summit is the place where some of the brightest minds in the industry get together and share ideas and strategies for helping operators from across the country to thrive and prosper. It’s definitely one of the highlights of the show,” says Florida Limousine Association President Rick Versace of A1A Airport & Limousine Service.

We encourage leaders from associations around the country—if not the world—to take part. As we’ve continued to see time and time again, together we’re stronger. The experience gained at the Association Summit not only helps attendees’ local market, but also makes a difference industrywide.

Each year, we’re pleased to see an ever increasing amount of global industry representation from South America, Europe, and Asia. Hundreds of ambassadors for companies across the globe will be looking to connect with you ... during our ever-popular International Meet & Greet.

DC Show One of the most exciting things about the Chauffeur Driven Show is that it brings together a growing international congress, where operators from all around the world have the opportunity to meet and network with one another. Each year, we’re pleased to see an ever-increasing amount of global industry representation from South America, Europe, and Asia. This year, hundreds of ambassadors for companies across the globe will be looking to connect with you Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. during our ever-popular International Meet & Greet, sponsored by Global Alliance, Icona Global, and Modern Car Worldwide. Time and time again, this event gives you a truly exceptional opportunity to expand your business far beyond your borders.

Immediately after the Meet & Greet comes one of our most popular annual events: the Affiliate Central Global Partner Forum, sponsored by A1A Airport & Limousine Service. With each CD Show, we see this event grow bigger; last year’s Affiliate Central was jam-packed with attendees from around the world, all looking to organically expand their affiliate networks with some quality face time. You can bet that 2018 will be our biggest forum yet, so you’re practically guaranteed to find a partner in the market you’ve been needing a reliable service in. Be sure to reserve your table as soon as possible to guarantee your place at this event—there are still some available but they’re going fast.

DC Show When we say everything is under one roof, we mean it ... and that includes our always-impressive show floor. From Monday to Wednesday, you’ll have the opportunity see the latest and greatest in fleet vehicles, technology, and business services that our industry has to offer. We’ll be offering cocktail hours and food on the show floor, so you’ll have the chance to grab a bite to eat while you stroll the hall. Currently, the show floor is approaching maximum capacity, so if you’re looking to join us as a vendor, there’s limited time to claim your booth.

We have plenty more announcements and details about all of our show events to share with you over the coming months, so we hope you’re as excited as we are to be outside of D.C. in October. Check out chauffeurdrivenshow.com for the latest updates and to register.
