CD/NLA Show Vegas 2025

CD/NLA Show Vegas

Our industry rocks! With standing-room only sessions, endless networking, a nonstop busy show floor, and record-breaking attendance of nearly 2,300 people—including many first-timers—the energy at 2025 CD/NLA Show in Las Vegas was positively electric. A big thank you to our attendees, presenters, vendors, and sponsors, especially Title Sponsor Volvo, for making our four-day conference at the Paris Hotel & Casino one for the ages.

“The CD/NLA Show is always a great experience for us. We love seeing our clients and meeting new ones,” says Gohar Minanian of Acrisure.

Every aspect of a CD/NLA event is carefully crafted for the best ROI for our attendees, and it all begins with our educational sessions. From our dynamic kickoff session on Sunday with the “Ex-Disney Guy” John Formica to our exclusive Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) bonus content on Wednesday, it was evident that the industry was ready to learn, and thanks to the CD/NLA Education Committee, we had a stellar lineup of seminars geared toward all segments of operators. From customer service strategies and fiscal spotlights to affiliate building and insurance, we had the bases covered. And of course, we offer a hat tip to Coffee Sponsor Buffalo Limousine and A/V Sponsor Motive for keeping our attendees sharp and on-point.

“As a first-time attendee, I learned a lot of do’s and don’ts and now have a better understanding of how to maintain compliance, manage operations and systems, and connect with affiliates,” says Brian Esteves of For Sure Chauffeur.

“This was one of the best and most attended shows I’ve experienced. Having many educational seminars was the highlight of the show,” says Jason Janowitz of Larry’s Private Car Worldwide, who also offered his own insights during his session, I.O. vs. Affiliate—What’s the Difference?

Attendees were similarly enthusiastic about our Keynote Speaker Molly Fletcher, who dazzled with her Unleash Your Potential presentation.

“One of the best keynote speakers that I have witnessed in my professional career. Her topics and themes were universal. Her delivery was confident and comfortable. I would like to listen to her again,” says Larry Logeman of Executive Express.

“I found Fletcher’s use of the term ‘curiosity’ applicable in multiple areas of our business and life itself. It applies in general conversations and business exchange. Loved its versatility!” raves Robert Yancy of Blasian Executive Secured Transport.

Unity was also in full force as tackling the illegal operator issue drove the conversation among the industry, including at our Association Summit. Second only to insurance rates in terms of trending pain points, which played a big part at the fall CD/NLA Show, industry and association leaders shared their best practices and celebrated their local wins as they increase public awareness. In fact, Jason Sharenow of Broadway Elite Worldwide and Doug Schwartz of Executive Ground Transportation were both interviewed by CBS Las Vegas affiliate KLAS on the topic. Special thanks to CD’s West Coast Editor David Hartson for arranging.

Networking, of course, is a cornerstone of every show, and opportunities to connect face to face were abundant. Handshakes, business cards, and best practices were exchanged at all corners of the convention space and throughout the Paris Hotel & Casino, whether it was at our morning breakfasts and afternoon lunches, running into each other in elevators or in the lobby between sessions, or while grabbing a drink at CD’s second annual Advertiser Meet & Greet (sponsored by GNet). This exclusive event brought together supporters of the magazine with leading companies in the industry to mingle and grab a drink.

“This was our first time attending and exhibiting at the CD/NLA Show, and I must say, wow—what an incredible experience! The attendance was through the roof, and everyone was so welcoming, creating a great sense of community throughout the event. From world-class seminars to endless networking opportunities, it truly made for a successful and unforgettable experience,” says Jason Ipekdjian of Belgraves of London.

But when it comes to networking, nothing beats the nonstop activity at Tuesday’s Affiliate Central Global Partner Forum (sponsored by Volvo). With nearly 100 operator tables on display, more than 1,000 attendees looking to expand their business network held productive conversations as they flowed through the hall. Our International Meet and Greet (sponsored by Cardel Group, Global Alliance Worldwide, and VanDelden Limousine Service) was an equally lively event, providing a relaxed environment for operators to expand their peer group across the globe—especially as our international attendance only continues to grow!

“This show brings excitement and opportunities from all over the world. There are chances to meet and form global relations that you cannot make over the phone,” says Eric Spitzer of Top Shelf Transportation.

That electricity, however, extended way past our session rooms; the massive show floor was consistently bustling starting with Sunday’s Opening Night Party (sponsored by Titus Leasing) until the final hour on Tuesday. Operators were actively engaging vendors and buying vehicles, technology, and services as they got a taste of the latest products from the dozens of exhibitors that were present. As business owners looked to replenish or upgrade their fleet, the show floor presented the perfect opportunity with bus, motorcoach, and OEM exhibitors on hand to supply the newest models geared for our industry.

“Year after year, the CD/NLA show continues to bring members of the chauffeured transportation community together on an international level, filled with great educational and networking opportunities. This year was no different, and was wonderful in all aspects,” says Aaron Miller of BASE Transportation Solutions, who was also a featured panelist for our seminar on building affiliate networks.

And speaking of parties, our Tuesday night Bon Voyage bash was a showstopper. Our attendees flocked to the rooftop Cheri Lounge, where they mingled over drinks with fellow attendees, danced the night away, and enjoyed dramatic views of the fabulous Las Vegas Strip and beyond, thanks to sponsors VIP Global and Motive.

“This was the best show I have attended in nine years. Everything from the education and speakers to the parties was top-notch. That Bon Voyage party is something everyone will talk about at future shows!” says Guri Rajput of SRTC Limo Worldwide.

“Thanks to everyone who made this amazing show happen! The education was great and, of course, seeing friends in addition to making new ones was awesome. Can’t wait to see everyone again in Savannah,” says Lore Swartzendruber of Xquisite Limo.

We look forward to seeing our friends and colleagues at the future events we have planned for 2025. First is the CD/NLA Executive Retreat in Savannah on June 8-11 at the Westin Savanah Harbor. Limited to 200 operators, our retreats offer a blend of high-level educational content, unique networking, local food and flavor, tours, and team-building events to create an amazing, relaxing, and revitalizing experience from beginning to end. Then, October 26-29, we return to the Gaylord Texan just outside of Dallas for our fall CD/NLA Show. We will see you there?
