MTC Tokyo Fleet
Bedford Hills, N.Y. — MTC Limousine & Corporate Coach, a supplier of executive transportation, recently completed a comprehensive ground transportation program for a prominent international client’s board of directors meeting in Tokyo, Japan. Throughout the two-day meeting, MTC provided transportation for over 40 guests, with the program consisting of approximately 25 airport transfers and multiple off-site special events and activities. The program utilized all vehicles in MTC’s luxury fleet, including sedans, multi-purpose vehicles, vans, and 28-passenger mini coaches.
“MTC Limousine & Corporate Coach holds a valued partnership with this particular client. For over 20 years, we’ve served as a managing operator for the company’s global board of directors meetings in locations such as San Francisco, Sydney, Toronto and Washington D.C.,” said Vice President of Global Meetings & Events Stephen Decatur. “The synergy between our planning and operations team and the client’s planning team is seamless, and we’re looking forward to other exciting opportunities to provide this client with unmatched global transportation services.”
MTC COO Matt Hitchcock at Tokyo Tower
To ensure the entire program ran seamlessly, MTC had a team of two senior on-site operations specialists on-location to oversee all departures. These specialists arrived in Tokyo over a week prior to the start of the meeting, spending several days planning for the arrivals of the executives, holding pre-event meetings and visiting sites included in the program agenda. In addition, a local team of operations staff provided support during peak movement times.
“In 2008, MTC Limousine & Corporate Coach completed its first major on-location international meetings and events service in Dubai. Since then, we have, in addition to Japan and throughout the U.S., managed groups in Canada, South America, Australia, China, India, and all over Europe,” said COO Matthew Hitchcock. “We believe that there’s no better way to serve our clients than being on the ground with them every step of the way to personally ensure the success of their meetings and events.”
MTC Limousine & Corporate Coach is set to return to Japan in 2019 for another large transportation program.
