A newly revamped Arizona Limousine Association (ALA) held an educational summit on November 19 at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Phoenix Airport. Attracting roughly 30 members, the event welcomed guest speakers Ken Lucci of Driving Transactions and David Uziel of Urban Worldwide. The summit also offered the association the opportunity to announce their new Board of Directors.
- President: Jeff Conly of Vitesse Worldwide
- Vice President: Louisa Krenn of Phoenix Professional Car Service
- Treasurer: Melvin Lee of Star Limo
- Secretary: Hillary Louarti of Diamond Transportation
- Board Members: Anthony Asaro of Desert Rose Transportation, Jesse Bunker of Black and White Limo, Jeffrey Goldin of Southwest Sedan Service, Sean Grady of Trueview Insurance, Billy Jinks of JET Limousines & Transportation, and Nicholas Palmer of Our Private Driver
“We’re really happy how things went. This was the first educational summit we’ve had in a few years—and it was way overdue,” says Conly. “We’re going to aim for another one in June, as well. Things are definitely ramping up.”
Guest speaker Lucci was on hand to talk about sales, specifically profits as opposed to low costs. Furthermore, Uziel talked about his operation and as well as an overview of what’s happening industry-wise in California.
Conly also announced that the ALA is considering rebranding the association to be more inclusive of motorcoaches and other ground transportation. Plans are in place for the board to approve a new name in December.

The National Limousine Association (NLA) has made some recent changes among its Board of Directors and officers. At their November 20 board meeting, it was announced that former Secretary Douglas Schwartz of Executive Limousine has stepped up into the role of second vice president, filling the seat left by Tracy Raimer. The position of secretary has been succeeded by West Region Director Tiffany Hinton of MOTEV, who will serve in this role until the next NLA Executive Committee election on February 23, 2025. These changes came after it was announced that Scott Woodruff of Majestic Limo & Coach was welcomed to the Board of Directors, representing the Central Region. Pursuant to NLA bylaws, Woodruff will fill the seat, also previously held by Raimer, and serve the remaining two years of the term.
