Upland, Pa. — Eagle Chauffeured Services has announced that Tyrone Gale Jr. has joined the company as their new Delaware operations manager. Gale’s wife Ellyne will also join the company as Delaware affiliate manager.
Eagle’s Delaware operation will be run from offices in the Northern and Southern regions of the state, with a fleet consisting of sedans, SUVs, and executive vans. Gale is pleased to be returning to the chauffeur ground transportation industry after an extended break.
Gale says he was encouraged to return to the industry by a phone call from Eagle President & CEO Thomas Nielsen. While Gale was exploring other business ventures at the time, he and Ellyne missed the business, and the opportunity to be part of an established and respected operation was more than a little intriguing.
“The fire is lit,” says Gale. “Ellyne and I are excited to be back in the business we love. “This opportunity to work with Eagle gives us a chance to take care of clients not only locally but also worldwide. We are adding our non-stop dedication to service to an already successful company. This venture should be epic.”
The addition of Delaware operations continues a period of growth for Eagle. In late 2018, they merged with Malvern, Pa.-based company Celebrity Worldwide.

Naples, Fla. — Industry veteran Tim Rose former owner of Flyte Tyme Worldwide and CEO of Addison Lee North America has announced the launch of a new business endeavor, Transportation Investment Advisors, which will operate under T. Rose Ventures umbrella. Transportation Investment Advisors’ first move is the investment in Dolphin Transportation, one of Florida’s premier chauffeur ground transportation operations and the largest fleet in Southwest Florida.
Rose says he plans to take the operation that Francis “Fizz” Papps founded in 2001 to the next level by doubling its business over the next few years by working closely with Fizz and his team.
“Dolphin is the lead investment of the new venture, and it’s a great opportunity,” says Rose. “The company is a phenomenal operation. Fizz has built a great team of chauffeurs and office team, many of whom have been there for there for almost 20 years. And as the largest operation in Southwest Florida, they have a full fleet, including sedans, SUVs, vans, minibuses, and motorcoaches. To our industry colleagues and friends, we look forward to hosting you in SWFL for a visit soon.”
With Transportation Investment Advisors, Rose will focus on working with luxury ground transportation operations seeking opportunities through investments and/or consolidation in markets where his former company does not operate.
Rose has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, most recently as CEO/Chairman of Addison Lee, North America. Effective August 31, Rose stepped down from that role, which he held since 2017.

In addition to fostering camaraderie among not only association members but also the industry abroad—out-of-state sponsors included Able Limousine, SC Express Charleston, and Paris Limousines, while SC Express’ Laura and Jeff Canady and Mike Callahan of Able Limousine were among those who attended the event—the day serves as an opportunity to work with the Children’s Dream Fund again.
The Children’s Dream Fund “makes dreams come true for children with life-threatening illnesses living throughout West Central Florida,” and was the beneficiary of WFLA’s inaugural charity golf event last year. One child is selected by the fund to be the recipient of a dream come true: This year’s dream-come-true grantee was 5-year old Dylan from Bradenton, FL.
“The 2nd Annual WFLA Charity Golf Gala could not take place without the unbelievable support from our community,” said WFLA Vice President Ryan Hilberth of Book.Limo/RentalLimo. “It was a blast and, most importantly, we are making another dream come true for a seriously ill child within our community through our partnership with The Children's Dream Fund.”
By the end of the day, the association had raised $3,500 for the Children’s Dream Fund, which was immediately presented to the organization. The money was raised in part through an auction of items donated from the chauffeured ground transportation industry across the country—including a pass to the CD/NLA Show in Boston this October 13-16, which was won by WFLA President Jeremy Jenkins of His & Hers Limousines.
