At 7,000 feet above sea level, Santa Fe is not only the nation’s oldest state capital but also the highest. The city, rich with beauty, art, culture, and cuisine, was a great source of inspiration to the group of CEOs. Many of the participants were in Santa Fe for the first time.

Building on an impressive career in hospitality and a diverse portfolio of many successful small businesses, Thompson founded Santa Fe Valet & Limousine in 2007. Quickly, he identified the opportunity to widen his offerings, providing large group event logistics and ground transportation management, accommodating groups with up to 600 members and more. He added several buses, vans, and executive shuttles to his fleet, along with Town Cars, limousines, and specialty vehicles. Heavily invested in new equipment, Accent New Mexico now boasts the largest, most diverse livery fleet in the state, according to Carroll.
His impact in the community was ever apparent as he hosted The LMC Group’s inaugural benchmarking session. In addition to our visit with Mayor Gonzales, Randy Randall, Executive Director of TOURISM Santa Fe, met with the group to share his perspective on the role of chauffeured car and ground transportation within the events and tourism industries.

Founded in 1973, Alltrans has operated in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and Salt Lake City, Utah, for more than 40 years. Services include the Jackson Hole Airport Shuttle, Targhee Express, Gray Line National Park Tours, Yellowstone Winter Shuttle, Mountain States Express, Alltrans Park Shuttle, and Alltrans Charters. Jackson Hole is the gateway to the popular Grand Teton and Yellowstone national parks, featuring some of the country’s top skiing destinations.
Jason Kaplan, owner and president of The Driver Provider, says that this acquisition provides the company a full range of offerings including transportation to and from Salt Lake City as well as convenient service to Utah cities Star Valley, Kemmerer, Cokeville, Evanston, and Park City. Park City, Utah, is best known as the home of the Sundance Film Festival, an annual event where dozens of independent filmmakers showcase their movies to a mass audience. It is one of the largest independent movie festivals in the world, often with an attendance that reaches over 40,000 people.
With the addition of Alltrans, The Driver Provider now has 130 vehicles ranging from sedans to full-size motorcoaches.

According to the press release circulated on social media: “Combining these two companies provides customers of both with an extensive portfolio of logistical ground transportation and business service available. Both companies have considerable talent and experience in all areas of the ground transportation industry.” Beach Harbor will operate under the CLI Worldwide Transportation brand moving forward.
Magnano has been growing his brand, which was once known as California Limousines, for more than a decade through acquisitions around the Orange County area. His most recent acquisition was Blue Moon International, which also gave CLI its new vice president of business development, Mark Stewart. Stewart was the former president of the Greater California Livery Association.
Magnano is also a member of Spinning Wheels, an education and leadership group specific to company owners, which is facilitated by Driving Results.
