Raleigh, N.C.—EcoStyle Chauffeured Transportation announces it has acquired the assets of Prime Time Limousines and Sedans, a chauffeured sedan service based in Sanford, North Carolina. Prime Time Limousines has been providing service throughout Raleigh/Durham and Pinehurst since 1993. EcoStyle is full-service ground transportation provider headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.
The company was founded in 2011 by Scott Tyler and Brock Pittman. Since that time, EcoStyle has quickly grown to one of the largest and most respected chauffeured transportation companies in the Raleigh/Durham market. EcoStyle provides late-model chauffeured sedans, hybrids, SUVs, vans, limousines, and luxury buses.

Santa Fe, N.M.— Accent Chauffeured Transportation of New Mexico recently welcomed Billy Merrifield, its new safety and compliance supervisor, to its team. Merrifield comes to Accent with 13 years of law enforcement experience. With degrees in business administration and police science, he spent the last five years employed with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission as a detective/criminal investigator conducting safety inspections and investigations on motor carriers throughout the state. Merrifield also acted as a criminal special agent investigating insurance fraud for the state of New Mexico.
With a growing bus fleet, expanding employee base of chauffeurs and bus drivers, and additional new service divisions, Paul Thompson, president of Accent Chauffeured Transportation of New Mexico recognized the need to create this position within his growing company. The Accent team has embraced Merrifield and the experience he brings to the company as it continues to grow and provide exceptional service to the northern New Mexico region.

New York, N.Y.—Black Car Assistance Corp. (BCAC), an organization dedicated to the betterment and protection of black car operators in New York City, will host its first ever annual dinner this May 21 at 7:00 p.m. The dinner will take place at The Inn at New Hyde Park in New Hyde Park, N.Y., and will be open to all N.Y. black car operators and their guests.
The evening is geared toward allowing attendees to mingle and make new connections, all while enjoying the company of their industry friends and peers. In addition to dinner, there will be music, an awards program to honor some of the best of the industry, a silent auction, and even cigar rolling so that guests can enjoy one on the patio attached to the ballroom. The attire expected is cocktail to business.
