Fresh off our record-breaking show in Las Vegas, Chauffeur Driven and the National Limousine Association are ready to take Nashville by storm for our Executive Retreat this June 4-6. Capped at 200 operators, the CD/NLA Executive Retreat offers tight-knit networking, enriched education, and a sampling of local flavor that our attendees rave about every year. One of our most acclaimed retreats was our inaugural retreat in Nashville back in 2015. Since then, operators have been wondering about a return visit.
This year, we’ve secured space at the Hilton Downtown, located in the heart of the action-packed Broadway district. Our host property is just steps away from the live music venues and honky-tonks that have made Music City a world-famous destination. If you haven’t been to the city in a while, it’s time! The city has invested heavily in its tourism renaissance, earning it a top spot in Travel + Leisure’s 50 Best Places to Travel in 2023—and that’s in the world, y’all!
But, the clock is ticking. Early-bird pricing for the upcoming CD/NLA Executive Retreat in Nashville will expire on Friday, April 21, so if you’re planning on going anyway, why not save $100 now?
Wondering what your pass includes? Each paid admission covers our Sunday dinner reception, all educational sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches, and the Monday dinner reception—that’s authentic Southern cookin’ and all the cool drafts and libations you can handle. What’s more, it also includes a once-in-a-lifetime backstage tour of the legendary Grand Ole Opry on Tuesday afternoon. We educate, feed, and entertain you!
It’s been said that you haven’t made it in country music until you’ve played the Opry. We, of course, couldn’t pass up an opportunity to visit the iconic Nashville venue that has been synonymous with country music for generations. During this guided backstage tour, you’ll get a glimpse of what it’s like to be on the big stage, produce the radio show, and hear tons of insider stories about the superstars who have passed through its halls—everyone from Patsy Cline and Johnny Cash to Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban. Even if you’re not a country music fan, you’ll appreciate the hallowed ground that has turned countless talented newbies into timeless music legends. This will be one tour you won’t soon forget!
And for those that wish to extend their stay in Nashville another day, we’ve set up yet another memorable tour: Join us on an excursion to the Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg, Tenn. Knowledgeable guides will regale you with tales of the brand’s rich and sometimes infamous history as well as some secrets of the world-renowned process that has made the whiskey among the finest. Five samples will be included, so you must be 21 or over to join. This tour is limited to 48 people and tour tickets must be purchased separately (currently $45).
As always, we offer special thanks to all our supportive sponsors—including Platinum sponsors Lancer Insurance and EmpireCLS—for supporting our highly anticipated return to Nashville. Be sure to visit cdnlaexecutiveretreat.com for all the latest information about our Music City getaway. For operators looking to make their trip a short vacation, we’re currently offering a $499 non-industry spouse pass that will let your significant other join us for our after-hours events and tours. Click here to register.
We’ll post regular updates online at cdnlaexecutiveretreat.com and in our weekly newsletter.
