National Harbor, Md. — We’re just a few weeks away from the 2018 Chauffeur Driven Show at the majestic, all-under-one-roof Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center located on the banks of the Potomac River.

By popular demand, we’ve extended the cutoff for our $229 room block to Monday, September 17, which gives you some extra time to secure your room. With everything from our educational sessions to our Charity Dinner & Auction under one roof at the Gaylord National, you don’t want to get stuck at another hotel. Under the Gaylord’s distinctive glass atriums, you’ll find dining, nightlife, and an environment ideal for networking. The hotel has two spots for grab-and-go food and drink, with three restaurants geared toward casual, sit-down dining. What’s more, for the cocktail crowd, there’s a rooftop lounge with its wrap-around terrace and a centrally located lobby bar that promises a great view of the sunset over the Potomac. And any attendees who are feeling lucky may want to visit MGM National Harbor casino, which is just minutes away via the complimentary circulator bus that stops regularly at the property.

And speaking of our Charity Dinner & Auction, we’re pleased to once again support WISH for OUR HEROES (W4OH) at our highly anticipated night of charity. For the third consecutive year, Aadvanced Limousines is generously sponsoring the event, which takes place on Tuesday, October 9 at 8:30 p.m.

This event is free to attend as long as you’re a registered show-goer, and includes a full buffet dinner and plenty of chances to win some incredible, unique prizes during both the silent and live auctions. A wide assortment will be available on the auction block, ranging from items like autographed memorabilia and gift baskets to event tickets of all kinds to exotic travel packages. There’s guaranteed to be something for every interest and price point to bid on.

If you’re unfamiliar with W4OH, the nonprofit works to assist active service military families and veterans who are having difficulty making ends meet. Last year alone, the charity spent $400,000 just to put food on the table of military families. W4OH also regularly assists with medical expenses, housing, and transportation needs. Attendees at our night of charity will have the opportunity to meet with W4OH representatives and see a live wish being granted. It’s an experience you won’t soon forget.

So what are you waiting for? Sign up today to guarantee your spot at the can’t-miss industry event of the fall. This is your chance to join nearly 2,000 of your industry peers from all around the world for a few days of timely education, nonstop networking, a jam-packed show floor, and some incredible nightlife, right outside Washington, D.C.
