D’Ambra is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pa. with a B.S. in food marketing; she has over 10 years of experience in event planning and management. In the past, she has worked for Wachovia, SPW Productions, Harrah’s Entertainment, and Good Time Tricycle Productions. A few notable events she has produced include: The Atlantic City Beer & Music Festival, The Atlantic City Seafood Festival, Bizarre AC, and The Steamtown Beer and Music Festival in conjunction with Live Nation. During the production of these events, she has wrangled crowds numbering in the thousands—a skill that will come in most useful for the upcoming CD events in Toronto and Atlantic City.
This is her first position in the chauffeured ground transportation industry, which is a challenge she is eager to meet head-on with both her wits and creativity to guide her. “I’m super excited to experience all that this industry has to offer; it’s definitely a thrilling, new avenue for me,” says D’Ambra. “Over the past few weeks, I’ve gotten to jump right in with both feet and interact with a good many fascinating industry people already. I can’t wait to meet them in person at the shows and association meetings.”
In terms of the Chauffeur Driven Show (taking place at the resplendent Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, Nov. 2-5) itself, D’Ambra had this to say: "I want to expand, bring in more attendees, and take the show to the next level this year!”
