Park Avenue Limousine Vice President of Operations Briana Candeub taking delivery of Volvo S90 T5s from Chris McShae of Faulkner Volvo Trevose
Trevose, Pa. — Park Avenue Limousine has taken delivery of two 2020 Volvo S90 T5 sedans, which were purchased on the show floor at the Chauffeur Driven Show in Boston. President Alan Candeub stated that he added these Volvos to his fleet based on the safety, reliability, and styling of the S90s.
“We purchased our first Volvo S90 at the last CD Show and the client satisfaction has been phenomenal," says Candeub. “First of all, it looks great, and the appointments inside are phenomenal. Our clients love the heated seats in the back and the extra leg room.”
“We get a significant amount of request for these Volvos,” says Vice President of Operations Briana Candeub. “When we got our first one last year, we put it on the road and did a client survey. Overwhelmingly, they thought it was equal our high to our higher-end sedans. We definitely run it as a premium vehicle.”
More important for Park Avenue is Volvo’s safety record. The S90 sedans are semi-autonomous, with automatic braking and lane assist, which are valuable in an age of dense traffic and distracted driving. The vehicle also boasts a high crash rating, and an impressive 150,000-mile warranty.
Candeub said that buying a vehicle on the show floor was an experience that was above expectations, and the onsite sales team made the transaction seamless.
“I was really happy with the way things worked out when I got my first Volvo, so, in Boston, I approached Volvo National Fleet Account Manager John Kendig. He worked with me on the price, and then I reached out to George Lee who was there with Expressway Capital. He worked out the financing with the dealership; I didn’t have to do a thing. There was a real value to going on the show floor and negotiating face-to-face,” says Candeub.
