Crown Worldwide Transportation Owner Moe Bouayad and Towne & Country Worldwide Owner Chris Haiskey have announced that Towne & Country has become part of Crown Worldwide, joining two of Denver luxury transportation providers under one roof. Early in September, Crown Worldwide acquired the operating assets of Towne & Country and welcomed their employees and clients into the company. This transaction greatly enhances the combined entity’s ability to serve private and corporate clients as well as global transportation networks with a larger luxury fleet, more chauffeurs, and additional operations staff.
Founded in 1991, Towne & Country grew to become one of Denver’s premier full-service ground transportation companies, developing a stellar reputation for client satisfaction under the ownership of Haiskey. Haiskey owns several businesses and decided earlier in 2023 that combining T&C with Crown Worldwide made strategic business sense. His longstanding relationship with Bouayad made the decision a win-win.
