CD/NLA Show Vegas 2025

CD/NLA Show

Join us February 23-26 at the très magnifique Paris Hotel & Casino on the Vegas strip for all the nonstop networking, animated nightlife, and, of course, can’t-miss education you’ve come to expect from our shows. As always, thanks to our generous Title Sponsor Volvo for their part in making the show a reality.

Chauffer Driven and the National Limousine Association have been hard at work with our incredibly dedicated Education Committee to deliver you the timeliest, most relevant sessions at this year’s show. With the help of co-chairs Jason Sharenow of Broadway Elite Worldwide and Karl Guenther of Statement Limousine, we have put together another on-point slate of sessions and seminars to arm you with the knowledge you need to help your company thrive.

Our educational programming starts on Sunday, with a quartet of sessions that run the spectrum of business development. We start our lineup with Making the Experience Magical: Proven Strategies for Customer Service Excellence at Every Touchpoint. Imagine if you could create a Disney-like experience for your passengers that would attract more business, build customer loyalty for life, beat out your competition, and shape a customer-focused culture that endures. Customer experience coach John Formica mixes motivational stories and a valuable message that will have you laughing, learning, and feeling inspired. We follow that with What You Never Knew the IRS Will Let You Do, a financial-themed session that explores the legal tax benefits you can use to keep more money in your pocket. Your future self will thank you! Our final sessions on Sunday—concurrent—include RFPs: Turning 'Nah' Into ‘Heck Yeah!' This crash course will help you to create an RFP deck that will grab your clients’ attention and take your transportation business to the next level by winning contracts without losing sleep. Alternatively, join us for Building Teams, Scaling Operations, and Strengthening Affiliate Networks, which features three focused mini-presentations followed by interactive roundtable discussions for deeper engagement. Speakers will dive into key topics such as team building, crafting a resilient and flexible organization, and how to effortlessly network.

Monday’s lone session is a big one for operators in today’s marketplace. After you get your coffee (courtesy of Coffee Sponsor Buffalo Limousine), join us for I.O. vs. Affiliate — What's the Difference? Independent operators have been a critical part of our industry for decades, and working with affiliates continues to be a growing sector for services worldwide. This session will help you navigate the best practices for onboarding and managing these non-employee relationships to ensure legal compliance and safe operation for all parties.

On Tuesday, February 25, you’ll want to make sure those proverbial pencils are sharpened as we present a quintet of quality seminars. We start bright and early with Pricing for Profitability, where you’ll drill down on your operation and learn how to make every ride profitable by identifying the fundamental costs that matter most to a healthy bottom line. We’ll offer actionable tools to help you maximize profitability and implement changes immediately. Then, we look across the seas for our international session—Navigating the Ever-Changing Landscape of Shared Global Challenges. Part presentation and part panel discussion and plenty of audience Q&A, this session will tackle the most critical issues facing the international chauffeured transportation community. Expected topics include the shared benefits of technology and connectivity, impact of sustainability, insurance and liability, service standards, and shifting customer expectations in markets around the world. Or, you can join us for what is arguably THE hot-button topic facing the industry: insurance. In Managing the Evolving Insurance Landscape, industry veterans Matt Daus of Windels Marx and Timothy H. Delaney of Lancer Insurance (and moderator Sharenow) will explore the systemic changes behind escalating insurance rates and provide actionable strategies to help mitigate these costs. Through insights from insurance experts, real-world operator success stories, and research, attendees will leave with practical tools to manage risk and insurance renewals. Next, author and operator Nathan Foy of Fortis will share the secret sauce for building trust and earning the loyalty of ultra-high-net-worth clients with What Rich Clients Want. Using his proven 5-step process crafted over decades, you’ll learn to nurture a premium service and seriously up your game. Finally, we close our Tuesday sessions with Mastering DOT Compliance: Preparing for Audits and Hours of Service Insights. DOT compliance can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be. Expert presenters Joe Guinn of LBC Fleet and Tom Holden of Transportation Advisors demystify the essential Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and offer direct strategies for prepping your operation and fleet for audits. You’re sure to gain actionable insights to keep your business running smoothly, confidently, and most importantly, within the rules.

“The educational content of the CD/NLA Show just gets better and better each and every year. Regardless of how long you’ve been in the industry, you will continue to learn and, therefore, grow session by session,” says Len Joseph of On The Town Limousines.

“As a new operator, I came to the show not knowing what to expect and had neutral expectations. Within one day, I immediately realized the show was everything I was looking for and more as a new operator. Not only did I get the education I was seeking, but my opportunities to network with operators from all over the world blew my expectations out of the water,” raves Patrick McKenna of Bing Mountain Luxury Transportation.

As if those 10 engaging, entertaining, and electric sessions weren’t enough, we’re very excited about our final day of programming. On Wednesday, February 26, we’re pleased to offer a bonus workshop, delivered by professional implementers of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). In Fuel Your Business Growth and Take Command, EOS Speakers Lacey Hayes and Mike Zappone (also of Leros Group) will offer scalable methods that support sustainable development, while giving pointers on how to streamline operations and align your team with a common vision that moves toward your ultimate destination. EOS is a straightforward and all-encompassing approach that leverages proven processes and enables entrepreneurs in any sector to get what they want and need from their organizations. The EOS presentation we offered at our Executive Retreat in Nashville was an incredible hit, so we know you’ll get value and knowledge from our final day in Vegas.

“The EOS presentation in Nashville was phenomenal! I expected a sales pitch, but it was incredibly generous and informative. A+++,” says Lauren Elam of Molly's Trolleys & Palm Beach Tours & Transportation.
