Transportation logistics management organization TBL Group announced the acquisition of Reston Limousine and Travel Service, a woman-owned company based in the Washington, D.C. metro area. Reston is listed among the top 10 largest chauffeured fleets nationwide and as one of metropolitan D.C.’s largest providers of luxury transportation and government contract services. “Reston Limousine’s impeccable reputation for reliability, safety and attention to customer service mirrors our own values, and we are very excited to add this fine organization to the TBL Group of brands,” said TBL Group CEO John Ferrari. “This recent transaction is aligned with our strategic mission to acquire like-minded companies in the transportation and logistics space in order to build an integrated, nationwide ground transportation network infrastructure.

Other recent TBL acquisitions include Chicago’s Windy City Limousine & Bus, which was completed in 2024.

Reston has been the recipient of numerous industry awards and has earned the highest safety ratings from the US Department of Transportation and US Department of Defense, thanks in part to its full-time training and safety manager and on-site operations center that includes a 24/7 dispatch center and a dedicated detailing, maintenance, and repair facility.

“We have enjoyed a long history with John and his organization, working together to fulfill contract work. Our business models are practically identical, both in operations and in how we support and value our staff. We look forward to continued growth and the enhanced synergies the TBL umbrella can bring to operations,” said Bouweiri.
