Albany, N.Y.-based Premiere Transportation is proud to announce the appointment of Vincent Crisafulli as the company’s first-ever chief financial officer, marking a major step in its continued strategic growth.
Crisafulli brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, M&A, and performance optimization. He has supported executive leadership and board-level decision-making at organizations ranging from high-growth multi-unit businesses to JPMorganChase, where he contributed to synergy tracking for a $2B+ cost-savings program during a major merger integration.
A former assistant vice president at Premiere Transportation Group earlier in his career, Crisafulli returns with expanded expertise in KPI design, operational efficiency, acquisitions, and financial turnarounds. As owner/CEO of St. Croix Tan, he grew the business to seven locations with consistent double-digit revenue growth before executing a successful sale.
