Leading motorcoach manufacturer Prevost has announced that it is continuing to expand service hours at its service locations, calling the move a way to handle demand more effectively and reduce vehicle downtime.

This latest effort is part of Prevost’s comprehensive strategy to refine its customer service network. Recognizing that a vehicle out of commission costs operators money, the extra hours were added to help get coaches back on the road faster.
“Our customers depend on timely maintenance and repairs to keep operations moving,” Prevost Service Network Senior Director Wolfgang Robert says. “By expanding our hours, we’re making it easier for them to get the support they need while reducing downtime.”
Other updates this year include the addition of six bays and 32 parking spaces to the Goodlettsville (Tennessee) branch as well as two extra mobile units in the Las Vegas area. The company projects that its location in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, just outside of Chicago, will open later this summer, while its new North Carolina facility is expected to open in early 2027.
